Why we started with an evening cup

I was drinking too much coffee and chai, and the caffeine was wrecking my sleep and leaving me wired. I started looking for something I could drink in the evening that actually helped me wind down — that search led me to chamomile and lavender. The difference in how I slept and felt convinced me others needed this too.
